The firm Josef Paclt – PATOK f. o. was established in the year 1991. The holder and the sole owner is Mr. Josef Paclt. From the start the firm tried to specialize in the services, which implementation is technical and organizational-intensive and brings demands on quality and technical equipments.
The firm focused on the transport and the disposal of liquid – wastes in its initial period. Stepwise the firm extended the sphere of her activities at the whole spectrum of wastes. This sphere fulfils the needs of industrial subjects, cities and villages, construction companies or administrators of roads and streams. The focusing on the hazardous waste disposal came through very soon. Two centres were established for the waste disposal and waste treatment purposes – the collecting yard in Louny and the biodegradation centre in the region Teplice. The more efficient machines were bought because of the growth in customers requirements in field of performance rate and minimalisation of waste generation. There are the suction technologies of high-powered industrial hoovers - so-called suction dredges on the top.
Stepwise the firm extended their services in field of servicing and repairing of water service objects. The diagnostics and the video-inspection of sewer systems were added to the main activity – the sewer system cleaning.
Engineering become an integral part of the firm activities. The engineering concentrates on the evaluation of the outputs of the sewer systems diagnostics. It is used technology that contents all elements of the latest technical development in the branch. It was necessary to get a variety of the specialized technical machineries with different achievement and application methods to be able to provide the services at customers’ requests. There were added some estate wagons, video-inspection systems and some other machines to the existing suction dredges.
An integral part of the firm activities are the construction works that are continually developed to reach a full complexity of the activities. The constriction works consist especially in the repairs and the redevelopment of water services entities and in the implementation of trenchless building methods. Besides some common construction works there are provided the specialised activities too. They are a part of the industrial services.
The extending of the range of the services entails higher demand for workplaces and number of workers. In connection with the firm development we are building new administrative and operational premises at the edge of the town Louny. We suppose the finishing of the building in year 2006.
